Care Instructions — Clean before first use. Fully disassemble all parts before washing. Wash in warm water with mild soap and rinse thoroughly. Hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the product. All parts are dishwasher safe (top rack only). Only silicone pieces can be sterilized in boiling water for 5 minutes. Do not sterilize plant-plastic parts. Avoid use of abrasive cleaners. Allow to dry completely before reassembling. Do not store in direct sunlight or near a source of heat.
WARNING: Always use this product with adult supervision. Keep packaging out of reach of children. Please see insert for additional warnings & information. Remove all packaging and fasteners before giving this item to a child. This product and its components are not toys. Do not allow child to disassemble parts. Keep all components not in use out of reach of children. Do not allow child to bite or chew on product. Do not allow child to suck on empty bottle; this can result in your child swallowing air which causes pain and discomfort. To avoid injury, do not allow child to walk or run with pocket. Do not leave a feeding teat in direct sunlight or heat or leave in disinfectant "sterilizing solution" for longer than recommended, as this may weaken the teat. Before each use, inspect the product. Throw away at the first sign of damage or weakness. Allow warm beverages to cool before using this product. Do not heat the Sprout Ware plant plastic pieces above 180°F (82°C). Silicone pieces only can be heated up to 392° F (200° C). Do not heat or serve baby beverages above normal body temperature of 98.6°F (37°C). Do not microwave, sterilize, or leave Sprout Ware® plant-plastic pieces in a hot car. Never use feeding teats as a soother. Allowing your child to use this product for continuous or prolonged periods or to go to sleep while drinking liquids, other than water, from this bottle will cause or contribute to early childhood tooth decay. All parts are suitable for Green Sprouts® products only.

In store shopping: Little Giant Kidz store policy for returns is store credit. Item must be in original packaging and have all tags. Store credit will only will be given within 14 days of purchase.
For online shoppers: Little Giant Kidz is happy to offer online returns for a full item refund to your original form of payment for all eligible items shipped within 14 days of receipt. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping back to the store. (This excludes gear and furniture!!)
Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged, with the security tag still attached, and ideally in original packaging if applicable. If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of Little Giant Kidz store credit for any future purchases on our site, if your items(s) is eligible for a return. Please note that some of our items are final sale. Final sale status can be found on the website product listings, in checkout and in your order confirmation, but generally applies to art, furniture, custom-made items, items shipping international, and discounted products.

For shipping, please package your unworn, undamaged items, with the security tag still attached, in the box that it was sent in, and affix the return label. To arrange a collection with UPS, contact your local service center at 800-823-7459 or drop off at your local UPS Store.
