Hegen’s Medium Flow teat is suitable from the third month as it gradually increases the milk flow rate as babies develop their ability to coordinate both the suckling and swallowing reflex.

Hegen's teats are designed to encourage smooth transition from breast to bottle feeding, minimizing nipple confusion for your baby.

Our velvety soft, egg shaped teat closely mimics a mother's lactating breast while the off-centre teat design promotes upright feeding - similar to a position in which babies are nursed - to reduce the risk of milk back-flow, ear complications and colic.

Built-in anti-colic air vent reduces unwanted air intake and prevents bubbling of milk, saving precious nutrients from loss.

ASSEMBLY TIP: 

Remove cover: with the Hegen logo facing you push away from you to open and remove cover

Inserting nipple: Face anti-colic vent toward you and line up with the Hegen logo in collar. Place the collar over the nipple and pull nipple upwards through the collar to secure in place. The nipple will fit snugly into the collar.
